Cancellation Penalties

The $250 per-person deposit is nonrefundable. Additional cancellation penalties may apply based on the date the reservation is cancelled and any airfare, extensions, upgrades, or other services added to the booking. Avalon Waterways’ current Travel Terms & Conditions will govern all cancellations and refunds. Travel protection, if purchased, is subject to its own terms, conditions, and exclusions.

Travelers Must Have Proper Travel Documents

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. Deposit Requirements

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.

A deposit of $250 per person is required to confirm your reservation and must be paid on or before November 9, 2026. Before any payment is collected, I will verify your selected cabin category and availability with Avalon Waterways.

Final payment is due February 7, 2027. Rates shown are per person based on double occupancy. Airfare and travel protection are not included.

The group pricing shown is available for reservations confirmed by November 9, 2026. Reservations made after November 9 may still be available, but they will be priced at Avalon Waterways’ then-current rate rather than the Brock’s World group rate. Stateroom availability is subject to confirmation.

Optional one- or two-night pre-cruise stays in Amsterdam and post-cruise stays in Basel are available at the prices shown and are subject to availability and confirmation by Avalon Waterways.
